Even my puppy MSoffice assistant is just chillin' on my screen. Laid out.... waiting... bored.....

At my last office job, I wrote blog posts almost every day on company time... and made personal long distance phone calls. It really aggravated me that we didn't recycle the copious amounts of paper that ended up being unusable for 'business purposes', so I started taking it home. I took home lots of other things too - such as all the materials necessary to institute my at home filing system. I figured if they were going to claim my soul, I should at least get some folders out of the deal.

I came to work drunk.....

Now I have a hangover.

My (and everyone's) favorite boss put in his resignation, packed up and left today. No one saw it coming. Thanks new dickhead CEO. Way to screw the team. Hats off to the lucky people who get him.

I just can't do this job anymore. It's not my boss' fault, the company's fault, my coworkers' fault, the economy's fault, my family's fault or anyone else's.

I'm just done. That's all.

Usually my organization holds a BBQ in September for around 100 people. It's always a huge hassle with all kinds of stress, much of which comes from the Boss who won't figure out a way to have it catered and loves serving six or so types of meat.

Heard yesterday that boss says it's too much trouble so we're not doing it this year. There is a god!!!! So.friggin.stoked.

No one's asked about it anyway, so doubt they'll even miss it.

why do you do it the hard way?

I took a 2 hour lunch and am still getting all my work done. I love days like these!

ooopss.....big boss just walked by and i am on toc and have Roy Orbison on...who listens to Roy anymore?

Since you won't give me work to do, I'm going to write some PERSONAL letters and use BUSINESS envelopes, paper and postage.....
