Sometimes I like to pretend I work at Dunder Mifflin in Scranton and when my boss does something stupid I look away as if looking at the camera and I do the "Jim look", when Dwight does somthing dumb. it helps my day go just a tad bit faster :)

I'm Hispanic and my boss is White. I offered her some tamales one time because my aunt sells them. But now, everytime we talk about any other type of food, no matter what it is, she's like oh, maybe your mom can make this for me or maybe your sister can make that for me. No lady, just b/c we're of Mexican descent, doesn't mean that we'll be cooking everything for you. jeez! lazy ass.

I turned off the keypress beeps on the office microwave.

with all these bailouts, I think I should get a bailout! How about bailing me out of my college loans, huh? At least I'm trying to be money-smart and I don't ring up credit card debt and I pay my bills. Give a girl a break!

I knew I should have showered this morning. I wasn't feeling "fresh" so I went and took a little bird bath over the toilet with water in a cup and soap. When I was rinsing, the water splashed more than I thought it would, and soaked my pants! So much for being discreet. Lol. Oh well, happy Friday! Only 3 hours and 15 mins to go...

Everytime I open explorer to do work-related research, etc., I immediately get distracted by the headlines and start clicking here and there, especially if they are celebrity or fashion-related news/articles. It takes me, oh, I dunno, at least an hour to get back on my work-related project.

There are some days when I end up with like ten windows open because I keep trying to get back on track, but I can't help it!!

I hate to see good people around me lose their jobs just because they don't have seniority and the douchebags keep theirs because they do.

be nice to your payroll folks. they have your checks and they hardly ever get a nice break at the holidays (end of the year, anyone?), it actually gets worse this time of year.

I have absolutely no work to do. My boyfriend is on his way home and will be here when I get off work. All I can do is sit here at my desk, bored to death, and think about him and what I'm going to do to him when I finally get to see him. But I know that this afternoon as soon as my boss comes in, he will have a million things for me to do and I will frantically be running around like a chicken with my head cut off trying to get it all done so I can leave on time. Why can't he just leave me my work so I can work on it all day instead of rushing around?? I am sexually frustrated and not in the mood for this today!!!
